NAKED FLOOR

Kapela vznikla na podzim roku 2001. Ovlivnení hudbou kapel Silverchair, Faith No More, Doors ci Led
Zeppelin, založili ji dnešní frontman Alexandr Lasák a Petr Vavrík, tehdejší bubeník. Téhož roku
nahrála i svuj první demosnímek s názvem Selfmotion, který obsahoval songy „Concrete“, „Your
snare“ a „Voices“ – písen, která se v pozmenené forme objevuje i na prvním LP kapely v roce 2008
s názvem Human Race.
Prevážnou vetšinu textu píše Alexandr Lasák. Texty se týkají problematiky cloveka v moderní
spolecnosti, jeho úniku od každodenního stereotypu života a objevují se v nich i skutecné príbehy lidí.
Na hudebním zpracování se podílí všichni clenové kapely o kterých platí, že za sebou mají bohaté
muzikantské zkušenosti z pusobení v ruzných kapelách. Do spolecné tvorby prinášejí své hudební
vlivy, které pak pretavují v charakteristický zvuk kapely.

The band was founded in 2001by current frontman Alex Lasák and Petr Vavrík, then drummer who
were influenced by the music of Silverchair, Faith No More, Doors or Led Zeppelin. In the same year
they recorded their first demo called Selfmotion which contained songs "Concete", "Your snare" and
"Voices" - a song which in a slightly different form appears also on the first album called Human Race
in 2008.
Most of the lyrics are written by Alex Lasák. The lyrics concern the problems of people in the modern
society, their escape from life´s everyday sterteotype and real people´s stories appear in them. All
members of the band are largely experienced from playing in other bands and they all contribute to
musical processing of the songs. They bring their own influences to the common creative work and
they forge them into a characteristic sound of the band.

Le groupe est créé en 2001 par le leader d’aujourd’hui Alex Lasák et Petr Vavrík le batteur de
l’époque. Ils se sont inspirés de la musique de Silverchair, Faith No More, Doors et Led Zeppelin pour
leur propre chansons. La meme année ils ont enregistré leur premiere démo nommée „Selfmotion“ qui
comprend les titres „Concrete“, „Your Snare“ et „Voices“. D’ailleurs cette derniere chanson a été
reprise dans leur premier album Human Race produit en 2008.
La majorité des textes est ecrite entierment par Alex Lasák. Les paroles traitent des problémes des
gens dans la societe moderne, leurs fuites du quotidien, et elles incluent également des histoires
vraies. Tous les membres ont beaucoup d’experience grace aux années passées dans divers groupes
de musique et tous participent au processus de création. Ils apportent leurs propres influences dans la
production collective et les font fusionner dans le son characteristique du groupe.
